Flat-Belly Diet: Buffalo Chicken Sliders with Blue Cheese Dip

Ingredients


Blue Cheese Dip (recipe follows)
16 ounces ground misshapenness
1/2 teaspoon Buffalo-wings seasoning combine
1/4 cup minced purple onion
1 cup packed spinach, thinly shredded
1 tablespoon Buffalo-wings sauce
8 whole-grain slider buns
8 leaves butterhead lettuce


Preparation


In a giant bowl, combine the chicken and Buffalo-wings seasoning. Gently fold within the onion, spinach, and Buffalo-wings sauce, and blend till incorporated.

Form eight uniform patties with 3/4-inch thickness, and grill over medium-high heat with lid closed till well-done through, regarding four minutes on both sides.

Place every slider on a grain roll, and prime with bleu Dip and lettuce.

Blue Cheese Dip

1/3 cup fatless plain Greek dairy product
1/4 cup broken bleu
1 tablespoon juice
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients till merging.

Note: Serve sliders with celery and carrot sticks to urge all the normal flavors of Buffalo chicken wings. it is a good way to urge a lot of veggies, too!
