Zucchini Casserole









1 T. bacon grease (you will use butter also)
2 med. zucchini, chopped
1 tiny onion, chopped
1 massive carrot, shredded
10.5 oz. will cream of mushroom soup
2 T. cream or milk
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 C. sliced sharp store cheese
6 oz. box dry chicken stuffing combine
1 T. butter, melted
Melt the bacon grease during a pan over MEd. high heat, add within the zucchini, onion and carrot. Cook, stirring often, for 5-6 minutes or till the zucchini becomes tender. take away from the warmth and stir within the soup, cream, pepper and garlic powder. Stir within the cheese and mix well. Stir in 3/4 of the stuffing combine and mix well. Pour into a 9x9, gently lubricated baking dish. mix the unfrozen butter with the remaining stuffing combine and sprinkle over the highest. cowl with foil and bake during a 350 degree kitchen appliance for twenty five minutes. take away and uncover, come to the kitchen appliance for five minutes.
