Best Ever Chocolate Pie





3 C. sugar

5 T. chocolate
5 T. all purpose flour
4 C. milk
2 tsp. flavourer
6 egg yolks, keep egg whites during a non reactive bowl
4 T. tasteless butter
1/2 tsp. cream of tarter
1/4 C. sugar
2 baked 9" pie shells 



In a massive pot add the three C. sugar, cocoa and flour, whisk to mix. flip the warmth on Master of Education. high and whisk within the eggs and milk. Cook, stirring perpetually till thicken...takes an honest ten minutes. take away from the warmth and add the vanilla and butter, whisk to mix. Pour equal amounts into every baked pastry. employing a hand mixer, beat the egg whites till they start to make stiff peaks. Add within the cream of tarter and 1/4 C. sugar. Continue beating till firm peaks type. adjoin every pie and so bake during a 350 degree kitchen appliance till the peaks ar golden brown. take away and let cool slightly, then store within the refrigerator.
