Hoi sin pork & noodle stir-fry


                                     Ingredients

450g pkt Fantastic recent Hokkien Noodles
two tablespoon oil
500g Coles Australian fry Pork Strips
one brown onion, thinly sliced
one garlic, crushed
500g pkt Bird’s Eye fry Cantonese Frozen Vegetables, thawed
1/4 cup (60ml) Ayam Hoi Sin sauce
one tablespoon soy
two teaspoon juice
two spring onions, thinly sliced





Step 1
Place noodles in massive heatproof bowl and canopy with boiling water. put aside for one min to soak. Use a fork to loosen and separate the noodles. Drain well.
Step 2
Meanwhile, heat [*fr1] the oil during a pan or massive deep pan over high heat. Stir-fry the pork, in batches, for 2-3 minutes or till simply toasted through. Transfer to a plate.
Step 3
Heat the remaining oil within the pan over medium-high heat. Stir-fry the onion for two minutes or till soft. Add the garlic and vegetables and stir-fry for two minutes or till simply tender. come back pork to pan. Add noodles, hoi sin, soy sauce, juice and a couple of tbs water. Stir-fry for two minutes or till heated through. Divide among serving bowls and sprinkle with onion. Serve now.
