Creamy Lemon Squares




INGREDIENTS:
FOR THE CRUST
4 tablespoons (1/2 stick) tasteless butter, thawed and cooled, and a lot of for pan
1-1/2 cup (about twenty four squares) graham-cracker / organic process biscuits, crumbs
1/4 cup sugar

FOR THE FILLING
2 massive egg yolks
1 will (14 ounces) sugary milk
1/2 cup recent juice (3 lemons)

DIRECTIONS:
*Preheat kitchen appliance to 350 degrees.

*Cool in pan on rack.
*Chill a minimum of one hour before serving.
