Miniature Baked Cheesecakes





INGREDIENTS:

250g softened cheese (such as Philadelphia)
1/3 cup powdered sugar (finely granulated)
1 Egg
1-2 tbs juice (extra zing use 2)
5 tbs thickened cream (cream with a minimum of thirty fifth fat)
150-200g biscuits (cookies, use Arnotts Nice, however use your favorite. attempt Ginger bonkers for one thing different).
70-100g melted  butter (use the larger amounts of butter & biscuits if you like a thicker base)
DIRECIONS:
*Pre heat kitchen appliance to a hundred and sixty degrees celcius (fan forced - increase ten degrees if not fan forced)
*Crush biscuits to fine crumb in processor or bed old fashioned - come in a deep-freeze bag and crush with kitchen utensil.
*Stir in melted  butter till well combined. 
*Use salt-cured butter - goes superbly with the sweet biscuits.
*Line a gem tin with Dixie cup cake cases.
*Press biscuit combine into cake cases. 
*Push it in firmly and level as are on show once served. 
*Set aside.
*In a mixer mix cheese & sugar till sleek and creamy. 
*Add egg and beat till all combined.
*Add juice and cream and beat once more. 
*You need it combined however not over overwhelmed as excessive beating can cause cheese cake to crack and split.
*Spoon into cake cases.
*Fill to concerning [*fr1] a cm below high of paper case, they wont rise abundant.
*Bake at a hundred and sixty deg for twenty minutes.
*Allow to chill before decorating. 
*Pop them within the icebox to fix up to a small degree before I take away the cake cases.
*Decorate as your heart wishes.

*Put down a small indefinite amount of thickened cream and high with diced strawberries soaked during a little bit of cordial ( attempt cointreau).
