Ingredients
1 one/2 lbs beef (ground shoulder roast is good)
1 slice bread (broken or cut finely)
1 egg
1 tiny onion , finely cut
1 teaspoon common salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
4 tablespoons condiment
1/2 cup milk
Sauce
4 tablespoons apple vinegar
4 tablespoons dark refined sugar, packed firm (to taste)
1/2 cup condiment
Directions
1. mix meat loaf ingredients and place into a loaf baking dish.
2. free prime.
3. Sauce: mix sauce ingredients and pour on prime and sides of meat loaf.
4. Bake at 350°F concerning one hour to one hour quarter-hour or till done. 170F with a thermometer.
