Orange and almond cake with citrus mascarpone





Ingredients

3 giant oranges
scrap of tasteless butter
140g cornmeal mush, and 1-2 tbsp
200g flaked almonds
1 scant tbsp leavening
7 giant eggs
2 giant egg yolks
350g golden powdered sugar
For the cream cheese
500g tub cream cheese
3-4 tbsp Cointreau or alternative orange liqeur, to taste
3-4 cumulous tbsp homemade (or artisan) lime conserve, to taste
