Fried Apples & Pears





3 med. apples (I used two gala and one Washington)
2 giant pears
2 T. butter
1/3 C. white sugar
1/2 C. water
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Peel the apples and pears and take away chunks. soften the butter in a very master's degree. size frying pan over master's degree. heat, add within the apples and pears. Sprinkle the sugar over the highest and add the water. Stir and cook for 10-12 minutes or till the water is sort of absorbed. cut back the warmth to low and sprinkle within the cinnamon. Cook for one more quarter-hour or till pears ar smart and tender.
