Ingredients & methodology
3 Tablespoons cornflour
1 cup sugar
1 one/2 cups water
3 oz box strawberry Jell-O
2 cups sliced strawberries
Pre-bake a 10" pastry
Line bottom of pastry with the sliced strawberries. mix cornflour, sugar and water in little pan. bring back a boil and simmer, stirring perpetually, till thickened. Add the Jell-O and stir till dissolved. Pour over the strawberries and refrigerate till set. Serve with topping.
