1 pound lean boeuf
1 will Ranch vogue beans
1 one0-12 ounce bag hotcake chips, crushed
1 will Ro-tel tomatoes
1 tiny onion, chopped
2 cups chopped store cheese, divided
1 package taco seasoning
1 will cream of soup
1/2 cup water
sour cream and condiment for serving
Preheat kitchen appliance to 325 degrees. during a giant pan, brown meat and drain off fat. Stir in beans, tomatoes, onion, taco seasoning, soup and water. Simmer over medium-low heat till everything is well combined and heated through.
Grease a 9×13 casserole dish. place down a layer of crushed hotcake chips, followed by a layer of the meat/bean mixture, then half the store cheese. Repeat layers. cowl with foil and bake for 20-30 minutes, or till bubbly.
Let sit for 5-10 minutes before serving. high with cream and condiment.
