Hash Brown Crusted Spinach and Ham Muffins





3 C. frozen sliced hash browns, thawed
1 T. butter
4 sensible handfuls of contemporary baby spinach
1 C. diced ham, cooked
5 massive eggs
1/4 C. milk
pinch each, salt and pepper
1/2 C. sliced sharp cheese
Spray a gem tin (for 6) with butter cookery spray. Divide the sliced potatoes between the half-dozen gem cups and displace on very cheap and up the perimeters. Place during a four hundred degree kitchen appliance for quarter-hour. Meanwhile, soften the butter during a frypan, add within the spinach and ham. Cook till spinach has limp. take away from heat.
