Mandarin Orange and Cranberry Muffin Bread





2 C. self rising flour
1/2 C. sugar
2 T. butter, melted
1 egg, beaten
1 1/4 C. milk
1/2 tsp. flavourer 
1 C. contemporary whole cranberries
11 oz. will mandarin oranges, drained
Whisk along the flour and sugar. Add within the liquified butter, egg, milk and flavourer. Stir well to mix then fold within the cranberries and mandarin oranges. Butter a loaf pan o.k. and pour the mixture into the pan and unfold around to even out. Bake at 375 degrees for 35-40 minutes or till a skewer stick comes out clean. take away from the pan to a cooling rack.
