4 cups thinly sliced potatoes
1 one/2 cups milk
1 teaspoon saSlt
1 dash cayenne pepper
1/2 cup cheese, to sprinkle on high
3 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons flour
1 cup grated sharp cheese

Steps for preparation :
soften butter and mix in flour in an exceedingly little sauce pan,
