crust:
1 cup flour
2 Tbs sugar
1/2 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup shredded pecans - nonmandatory
Mix ANd pat in an 8x8 in. pan, bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes, till simply commencing to flip golden. don't over bake.
Layer two:
1 cup granulated sugar
8 ounces cheese, temperature
1 cup whipped topping
Beat along sugar and cheese. Fold in whipped topping. unfold on cooled crust.
Layer three:
1 one/2 cups milk (any milk can do, however milk makes pudding such a lot tastier)
1 little package coconut milk instant pudding
Mix till thickened. adjoin cheese mixture.
Top with remaining tub of whipped topping.
Toast one cup coconut. Sprinkle equally on afters. Refrigerate.
