Spaghetti Squash Pie





Ingredients:

1 alimentary paste squash
1/2 lb. further lean beef
1 cup condiment
1 TSP Italian seasoning, divided
2 TBSP flour
3 eggs, beaten
1/3 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup cut Low fat cheese

Method:

HEAT kitchen appliance to 350ºF.
CUT squash in half; take away seeds. Place cut facet down in a very massive baking dish with one in. of water on the lowest. Bake for forty five min.
BROWN meat in massive skillet; drain. come to pan. Stir in condiment and 1/2 tsp. seasoning; bring round boil. Simmer on medium-low heat five to eight min. or till slightly thickened.
Once squash is baked, scrape squash into massive bowl. Add flour; toss to coat. Add eggs, Parmesan and garlic; combine gently. Spoon into 10-inch pie plate sprayed with cookery spray; high with meat sauce, effort 1/2-inch rim around edge. high with cut cheese and remaining seasoning.
BAKE thirty to thirty five min. or till squash mixture is heated through and cheese is gently brunet . This direction created a pair of pies.
