Basic Crepes Recipe




Ingredients:

1 cup general-purpose flour
2 egg
1⁄2 cup milk
1⁄2 cup water
1⁄4 tsp salt
2 tbsp butter, melted

Method:

In a massive bowl, whisk along flour and eggs. step by step add in milk and water, stirring to mix. Add salt and butter; beat till sleek.
