MEXICAN BEEF CASSEROLE





You need to form this formula :
1 pound additional lean hamburger
1 medium onion sliced
1 will kernel corn drained
1 will black beans rinsed and drained
1 pkg taco seasonings combine
8 to twelve corn tortillas
3/4 cup skim soured cream
2 cans rotel tomatoes with inexperienced chiles drained
1/3 cup Mexican mix or taco cheese cut
Sliced jalapeno peppers

How to make this recipe :

Brown boeuf and onions along for concerning ten to twelve minutes, drain.
Add corn,beans,tomatoes and taco seasonings combine well and simmer for five minutes.
Spray baking dish 2 quart 8x12 inches.
Place half tortillas in bottom.
Spoon [*fr1] of beef mixture on high, place soured cream over beef. Then layer last tortillas and then beef mixture.
Place in heated 350 degree F. kitchen appliance and bake for twenty five minutes take away from kitchen appliance and and sprinkle with cheese and add sliced jalapeno peppers on high. * NOTE ensure EVERYTHING IS we have a tendency to DRAINED!!
Cook for one more five minutes or until cheese is unfrozen. Let stand for 5 minutes and serve
