MUSHROOM CHICKEN AND SAUSAGE CASSEROLE





3-4 cups diced roast chicken
1 pound sausage
1 stalk celery, sliced fine
1 tablespoon onion, chopped
1/2 pound mushrooms, sliced
8 ounces cheese, softened
16 ounce bag frozen cauliflower, roast well and drained
8 ounces cheese, shredded
Salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Paprika, optional

Brown the sausage with the celery, onion and mushrooms. Stir the softened cheese into the sausage mixture till well alloyed. Coarsely chop the roast cauliflower. combine all of the ingredients and unfold in an exceedingly lubricated 9x13" baking dish. If desired, dirt the highest with paprika. Bake at 350º for concerning forty minutes till the highest is nicely suntanned.
